State 48 Girls Lacrosse

This is a girls club team based out of Tempe and west Chandler, Arizona. We coach youth, middle school, and high school ages. This is a walk on team and we welcome players of any level and background.

My name is Alyssa, and I run State 48 Lacrosse. I played lacrosse for 4 years at Dobson High School (Mesa, Az) and absolutely fell in love with it and knew from the beginning it was always going to be part of my life. Unfortunately, my university did not have lacrosse, so I swam collegiately instead. I jumped right back into as soon as I moved back to the valley, both coaching and playing. This is currently my 9th year of coaching and I am so happy to be on this journey of growing the sport in AZ.

Though I have been coaching with the team for a couple of years now, I am just a year into running the show. I love getting suggestions and feedback for the team!
